Nutrition Tips For Halloween
With all the candy being given out around Halloween, it can almost feel like an early Christmas for a lot of kids. But here are some ideas to limit how much candy your chid eats so that your Halloween doesn't end with a big dentist bill.

• Talk with your kids BEFORE Halloween about how you’ll deal with the goodies. You can decide how many treats the kids get to eat per day or per week. Or, you can offer a trade-in system where the kids exchange some of their treats for cash. Try to agree on a plan that doesn’t leave the kids feeling deprived.
